Infinity Wellness is a luxurious and holistic wellbeing centre which aims to harmonise the health of the mind and body. Compassion, attentiveness, professionalism, and trust are the basis of our core beliefs and values. It is our goal to make a difference in the lives we touch by offering the highest level of service by trained professionals in the most relaxing environment for our clients.

Gift Voucher Conditions

This voucher has been purchased with the recipient understanding they must redeem this Gift Voucher 12 months from the date of issue. It can be exchanged for any treatment of the same value, or you can upgrade by paying extra. To redeem your voucher you must present it at the time of your appointment or purchase. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers or exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Wellness Centre Etiquette

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment. This will give you plenty of time to check in, use the restroom, and fill out the compulsory New Client Questionnaire and enjoy light refreshments at the reception.
Upon booking please advise of any medical conditions, allergies or if you are pregnant. We reserve the right to refuse provisions of some services if we feel they pose risk to health and safety.
Jewellery and valuables should not be brought to your treatment as we do not accept responsibility for any lost or stolen items

Noise and Mobile Phones

Our wellness environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all treatment areas. Mobile phones are not permitted in the treatment rooms and must be kept silent or turned off when you are the spa.


Our staff will contact you in to confirm your requested appointment and secure credit card details against your booking.
We do not take any payment from your card until treatment unless our 24-hour cancellation policy has been breached which results in a $40 cancellation fee.
If we cannot confirm your booking, unfortunately, this means that your booking time will be relinquished.
We operate a busy day spa and want all of our patrons to honor appointment times or adhere to booking requirements to ensure fair service.

Arrival Time

To achieve the full benefits of the Wellness Centre we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment. As a courtesy to all clients treatments begin and end as scheduled.

Pricing and Services

Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.


All competition prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Prizes won cannot be exchanged for cash for changed for any other offer and other conditions may apply. Specific conditions of entry for each competition may apply and should be revised prior to entry.

Privacy Policy

By entering or submitting your contact details to Infinity Wellness we reserve the right to use your details for our own research and marketing purposes. You are also consenting to receive marketing information and updates until you advise us you would like your details removed from our database. Infinity Wellness does not provide your details to third parties.

Refund Policy – Products

It is our mission to provide you with the highest quality of skin and body care products with your services. In fact, you may like these products so much that you wish to use them every day in your own home. In the event you purchase any of our spa products for home use and find them to be defective, we will exchange any products within 14 days of purchase, provided a receipt is presented. Please choose your beauty product carefully. Infinity wellness does not refund or swap products when a customer has a ‘change of mind’ or when a customer makes a wrong selection. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products.

Instead, a spa credit will be provided for any returned products to be used on any other products or spa services available here at Infinity Wellness.

Refund Policy – Services

At Infinity Wellness all of our treatments are carried out by qualified therapists. If you have had a spa treatment that you are unsatisfied with please contact the spa immediately. We cannot give refunds on any treatments but we will look into your concerns immediately.

Client Questionnaire & Health Conditions

All new clients will be requested to complete a Client Questionnaire form before our therapists can perform any treatments on you. Failure to do will result in us refusing to perform your treatments. Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your service when completing this form. It is your responsibility to let us know of any changes in your circumstances before your treatment goes ahead. We also reserve the right to ask you to complete the Client Questionnaire every 6 months so that we can update our records.

Therapist/Staff Illness

Unfortunately, we might have to cancel your appointments due to therapist/staff illness and emergency. Please rest assured that in such events our first option will be to move your appointment to another therapist on the same day that can accommodate your treatment. In the case that we cannot reschedule your appointment on the same day, we will have to cancel your appointment and rebook you for another day. We will notify you as soon as we can if we need to cancel your appointment.
